English (didn't I use that heading before?)

hey,

at the moment, I'm reading an english book and I'm watching a couple of english television series and as a result, I'm thinking in english half the time. The point is, I don't speak (or think) english that well. Does any of you have any ideas what can help me to improve my knowledge of the english language? Except for moving to Britain or America and speak it all day...
